1. Repair Intake
Before service begins, customers should provide accurate contact information, device type, device model, symptoms, prior repair history, and liquid damage history.
2. Diagnostics and Estimates
Quotes, estimates, appointment times, and turnaround expectations are preliminary until the device condition, model, symptoms, parts availability, and repair scope are confirmed.
3. Customer Approval
N3xt Lvl F1x may request approval before completing repair work, ordering parts, or continuing diagnostics. Final pricing may change if hidden damage, prior repair damage, liquid damage, board-level issues, or additional faults are discovered.
4. Data Backup and Privacy
Customers are responsible for backing up data before service. Devices may contain personal information, and repairs may require powering on, unlocking, testing, or resetting a device. N3xt Lvl F1x does not intentionally access customer data except when necessary to diagnose, test, or complete the requested repair.
5. Mail-In Repair
Customers must contact N3xt Lvl F1x before shipping any device. Do not ship a device until the repair request, contact information, shipping instructions, and next steps have been confirmed.
6. No Guaranteed Repair Outcome
Some devices may have hidden damage, liquid damage, board damage, software corruption, or prior repair damage that prevents a successful repair. N3xt Lvl F1x does not guarantee that every device can be repaired.
